If you can't seem to log-in, you may need to CLEAR COOKIES, here's how to do it in IE:

Go to:

TOOLS > Internet Options

Then click on DELETE COOKIES once, let it do what it needs to then click on DELETE FILES once. Once it's done it, click on OK then CLOSE THE BROWSER and restart it.
